Orders ship weekly, and delivery timing can range from a few days to up to three weeks depending on availability. We do our best to keep core pieces in stock and ready to ship, but many designs are made to order — handmade specifically for you in our studio.
We work in small batches to keep costs as accessible as possible while maintaining quality. Because each piece is crafted by hand rather than pulled from warehouse inventory, production can take up to three weeks before shipping.

Exchanges are welcome within 30 days for undamaged pieces, because every item is made to order by hand. Returns can be requested, but are accepted only in limited cases. As a small studio, this policy allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and keep production intentional.
