Each piece of Dante Perozzi Jewelry is hand made just for you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion. If you need an item sooner, please contact us via email: info@danteperozzi.com, or shop our Ready-to-Ship section.
We are a small company and are unable to accept returns, but we are more than happy to exchange items within 10 days from the date of arrival. We want you to be happy!
We sure do! If you are trying to order from a location not already set up in our shipping options, send us an email and let us know so we can set up shipping for your order.
Whether your piece is made of Silver, Brass, or Gold there are specific care requirements for keeping your jewelry in primo condition. Every material has its nuances. Please see our care page for detailed instructions for your particular Dante Perozzi piece.
We are happy to accommodate repairs if you have purchased with us. Just send us an email: info@danteperozzi.com.
Longer or shorter sizes may be available by special request and may potentially incur a small increased cost. Altering materials used may also insure increased cost. But it is all possible! Just drop us a line at info@danteperozzi.com and include the details of what you would like done.
We are happy to consult with you about custom orders. We do accept custom requests within the range of our signature Dante Perozzi aesthetic and according to availability on our calender. Please note that depending on the volume of business, custom orders will take a little more time so get in touch with us well in advance of the date you will need your piece!
