How long before my order arrives?:

It depends!

Usually items arrive within 1-3 days of shipping. 

We are a small company producing quality items and we do our best to stock items when possible but many things must be made to order.  It also depends on the volume of orders and the time of year.  If you have specific deadlines or needs please contact us and we will see if we can help get your order out by the time you need it.  If we can, we will! 

Do you ship internationally?:

We sure do! If you are trying to order from a location not already set up in our shipping options, send us an email and let us know so we can set up shipping for your order.

What is your return policy?:

We are a small company and are unable to accept returns, but we are more than happy to exchange items within 10 days from the date of arrival.

Do you do custom work?: 

We are happy to consult with you about custom orders.  We do accept custom requests within the range of our signature Dante Perozzi aesthetic. Please note that depending on the volume of business, custom orders will take a little more time so get in touch with us well in advance of the date you will need your piece! What if I am giving a gift?

Yay!  We love surprises here...No problem! Please contact us through this contact form disclosing your order information and any specific requests. Make sure to let us know its a gift & if you want us to remove the invoice slip from the package. 

What if I need a product to be a different length?

Longer or shorter sizes may be available by special request and may potentially incur a small increased cost. Just drop us a line using the contact form and include the details of what you would like done.

What are the care instructions for my jewelry?

Whether your piece is made of Silver, Brass, Gold Overlay or Gold there are specific care requirements for keeping your jewelry in primo condition. Please see our care page for detailed instructions for your particular Dante Perozzi piece.
