Refund policy

Returns
We are  happy to offer exchanges for items in original condition within 10 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be provided. In the majority of cases we are unable to offer returns though in some cases we will accept returns with a small percentage restocking fee.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if the fit is incorrect. If you need to exchange your piece for the same item, send us an email to info@danteperozzi.com and we will provide you with next steps. 

We guarantee our pieces for 2 years no questions asked and will be happy to repair or re-polish jewlelry that is sent or dropped off at the studio for care and attention after which an invoice for shipping will be emailed to you so that we may return your items. We cannot guarantee items that show defects due to extreme wear and tear or that have not been cared for.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product for exchange, you should first contact us at info@danteperozzi.com. Once confirmed you may mail your product to: 2205 Willow Lane Lakewood CO 80215

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You will receive a credit for the amount originally paid which you may then apply to any future orders.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
